Packing Machine
This equipment is mainly used to wrap a layer of stretch film on the outside of the sandwich panel to prevent the panel surface from being damaged during transportation and storage, and to reduce moisture and dust pollution. The stretch film is wrapped by making a spiral motion relative to the sandwich panel. Replacing the stretch film requires manual operation, which takes about 30 seconds.

Packaging machine working process description:
The stacked sandwich panels are transported via a conveyor rack;
After entering the baler, the conveying stops first. The rotating circle first drives the stretch film to wrap around the front end of the sandwich panel for several turns and tighten it;
The conveying starts and the stretch film starts to wrap around the sandwich panel at the same time;
After wrapping is completed, the conveying stops. The wrapping film is still stretched tight on the sandwich panel;
After the automatic film cutting device cuts the film automatically, it waits for the next cycle;
The packed sandwich panels leave the packing machine, waiting to be transported by a forklift and waiting for the next packing cycle.
Description of the working process of the block making device:
First, put the EPS foam strips into the material library of the block making device;
Then, the EPS foam strip is pushed to the pre-blocked position through the motor and chain drive, which is lower than the stacked sandwich panel surface (rubber roller surface);
Controlled by the encoder, when a pad is needed, the cylinder inserts the pre-pushed EPS foam strip under the sandwich panel to cushion the panel.
If more spacers are needed, the machine will push the EPS under the stacked core panels as required.
